If Something Goes Wrong
In the rare case your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Share a clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the damage) and product photos without any cuts, tweaks or edits.

Once verified, we’ll happily replace your product or issue a full refund to your original payment method. The order must not be used or damaged after delivery.
- In this case, we will bear the shipping cost for the replacement or return.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are handmade, delicate and often customized, the following are not eligible for return/exchange:

Customized or personalized orders.

Items without unboxing proof or reported after 3 days of delivery.

Cancellations
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, as each product is prepared with care as soon as your order is placed.
